Moving on is the hardest part when we get hurt. So, here's the top 10 tips for you to move on and be ready to start a new relationship.


  1. Don't stay in your room alone the whole day. Go out and go on shopping, malling and treat your relatives or family or friends so that you realize that they are the most important people in your life.
  2. Delete all numbers of your Ex. Delete all his/her pictures and throw them away so that you won't remember those things again.
  3. Make Over. This means that even if you were dumped and hurt, you still have the courage to go on with your life and to enjoy your status of being Single.
  4. Avoid Making things that you two did before like singing together, and etc... 
  5. Spend more time with your family.
  6. Go to church everyday and pray that he / she will be happy for his/her new life.
  7. Travel more and meet more people
  8. Accept the Reality.
  9. Work out in a gym and get fit. Don't eat too much.
  10. and Be ready for a new relationship and be open-minded.
Remember that not all relationships are happy ending. Getting hurt is always part of it. Sometimes break ups are not the solution to the problem. Talking and be open to each other is what the most important key in the relationship.
